8: What is the maximum class size?
The maximum is 6 students in one group.

9: What is the level-up system and do I get a certificate upon completion?
There are 4 levels altogether and each level split into 3 modules. After finishing each module, a test will be given. Upon successful completion, a certificate confirming this will be awarded.

10: Do you have any other branches?
Currently, we are located only in Huaqiaocheng. However, we do offer lessons at your office and home which is ideal for those who live far from our school.

11: How can I pay the tuition fee?
Payments can be made by cash or bank transfer. Currently we do not accept credit cards. Payment can be made in installments but all payments must be made in advance i.e. before taking a lesson.

12: Can I change the class schedule?
If you are the private lesson student, yes. If you belong to a group, you need to talk to the program manager and s/he will coordinate your teacher and classmates for you. If everyone is ok with the change, you can change the schedule.

13: Do you offer full-time courses?
Yes, our intensive course at Hanbridgemandarin is the full-time course. Its 5 days a week and 4 hours for each session. We can also arrange intensive private courses in which you can learn everyday with a teacher who focuses on your needs and goals.

14: Can you sponsor my visa?
We are sorry but we cannot sponsor visas currently.
