The 2016 Shenzhen International Chess Open Tournament is looking for one or two native English speakers who enjoy being in the spotlight to share the stage as masters of ceremonies for the day-long tournament. You don’t need to know how to play chess. All you need is to have:
A good speaking voice;
Pleasant personality;
Enjoy being around lots of people!
Scheduled for 15th Oct.2016 at Center City Park, Shenzhen Book City, the annual Shenzhen International Chess Open Tournament is a free public event hosted by the Shenzhen Chess Academy and presented by Hanbridge Mandarin School. A day full of exciting chess competition, food and drink samples, prize drawings and more, this year’s tournament will be the 5th, and we expect even more international and Chinese players and visitors. So it is a fun day to spend outdoors, meeting new people, and making new friends from China and around the world. If you are selected as a host, then you will receive a game participation award and five free Chinese lessons, provided by Hanbridge Mandarin School.
